Thisstrategic acquisition expands Verint’s professional services capabilities andwill allow Verint to optimize their customer’s use of their cutting-edgesoftware solutions through Major Oak’s Transformation, Customer Experience (CX)Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management and Program / ProjectManagement services. Major Oak has a long history of driving CX andTransformation programs, that will be leveraged before, during and after the customerimplementations of Verint’s leading solutions.
